NEWS: Brazil coach Dunga belives the Copa America is harder to win than the World Cup.
The former Selecao captain (pictured) faces his first real test as coach of the national team when he takes his team to Venezuela for the South American championship later this month.
While preparing for Brazil’s friendly against England, he said: “The Copa America is more difficult than the World Cup because of the rivalry that exists in South America.
“Everybody wants to beat Brazil and, apart from that, there is little time to work and prepare the team,” reports Sporting Life.
One of the factors making Dunga’s task more difficult this summer is the absence of Kaka, Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Adriano and Lucio from his Copa America squad.
His team have been drawn in the difficult Group B, alongside Mexico, Chile and Ecuador.
