NEWS: Egidio Arevalo Rios has pulled out of Uruguay’s Copa America squad, with some reports suggesting the midfielder has permanantly quit the national side.
The 25-year-old is said to have withdrawn after completing a move from Penarol to Mexican club Monterrey.
Rios was part of the 27-man provisional Copa America squad chosen by Oscar Washington Tabarez (pictured), which must be cut to 22 names at least five days before the start of the tournament in Venenzuela on June 26.
